Sands Horizon 5500
Available from June 2026 with approximately 2,800 hours, this well-equipped sprayer features a 30m VG positive boom with triplet nozzle bodies, headland nozzle control, and Norac UC5 boom levelling.
It is fitted with an AgLeader InCommand system (11 sections), camera, and 400L/min twin-speed spray pump, supported by a simple washdown kit.
Comfort and visibility are enhanced with Dual Ride suspension, boom lights, and high-level strobes, while practical additions include toolboxes and mudguard extensions.
Supplied on 710/55 R34 flotation tyres alongside 420/85 R34 wheels, this machine is ready for efficient, accurate field performance.

Based in Catfield, Norfolk, our machines are known for quality, strength, performance and overall reliability. There is no hiding we are a family business that has been in the farming world for over 125 years, from farming in Norfolk to supplying crop protection products with a previous company, to day manufacturing crop sprayers and continuing to run our farm in Norfolk.
Sands Agricultural Machinery was founded in 1973 by Neal Sands, building the first sprayer for our contracting business. The ban on aerial spraying, and the need for a high clearance machine, led to farmers and contractors asking us to produce self-propelled sprayers for them.
